It’s the end of an era as today we bring you the last ever Weekly Highlights! But don’t despair, we have something even more exciting in store next month.

We start off with a gorgeous review of Perfect Timing by Owen Nicholls (Headline) in Booklist online who praised it as “A witty love story… the novel deals not only with the drama and complexities of Jess and Tom’s relationship but also with their relationships with family and friends. The couple are flawed, like all humans, and their individual discoveries make their happily-ever-after ending extra satisfying.”

The cover of the third book in Will Schindler‘s Finn and Paulsen series The Hunting Ground was revealed today, his new one is as gripping as ever and set to give you chills.

The Reading List by Sara Nisha Adams (HarperCollins / HarperFiction) was featured in Yours Book Club where they called it “joyfully uplifting” and we agree, the perfect read for a rainy weekend.

Remi Mroz’s gripping thriller Il Labirinto delle ombre (Never Found) has won the Translated Literary prize at the Festival of “Giallo Garda” in Italy.  Congratulations Remi!

Eat Your Heart Out by Kelly Devos (Penguin Random House / Razorbill) was included on this BookRiot round-up of horror comedies for teens.

Huge congratulations to Helen Rutter who made the Cranleigh School Awesome Book Awards shortlist with The Boy Who Made Everyone Laugh (Scholastic).

Jack Jordan is holding a workshop for Jericho Writers this evening as part of their Build Your Book Month, there is no one better to teach you how to keep a reader gripped from the first page!
