In a tale of tigers, tennis and tea parties Janet MacLeod Trotter will be talking about the real life experience of her grandparents, who trekked into remote parts of the Himalayas in 1920s India, and how this inspired the latest novel in her India Tea Series: The Planter’s Bride.

Unique cine footage that Janet’s forester grandfather filmed in the foothills of the Himalayas – and never before shown in public – will provide the backdrop to readings from the novel.
