We’re so proud to share the news that Hayley Steed has been shortlisted for The London Book Fair Trailblazer Awards 2022!
The Awards, now in their seventh year, are run by The London Book Fair, supported by the Society of Young Publishers and BookBrunch. The Trailblazer Awards 2022 celebrate book industry professionals aged 30 or under who are demonstrating innovation, creativity, and passion in the publishing industry.
Five winners will be selected by a judging panel and announced at The London Book Fair, which takes place from 5 – 7 April 2022 at Olympia, London.

Hayley joined the MM Agency in 2016 and was named a Rising Star in The Bookseller in 2019. She works tirelessly for her authors, and her ability to spot talent coupled with her intrinsic deal-making abilities make her an integral part of the agency. Hayley represents a whole host of authors who have achieved incredible success: Heather Marshall’s debut novel, Looking for Jane, was an instant #1 Bestseller in Canada, while The Authenticity Project by Clare Pooley was a New York Times Bestseller and the winner of the RNA debut novel award. She also represents Jane Healey, whose debut novel, The Animals at Lockwood Manor, won the HWA Debut Crown Award.
We are absolutely thrilled for you, Hayley, and immensely proud of everything you’ve achieved to date. Congratulations!
