Tian is the Contracts Manager, responsible for drafting, processing, negotiating, and advising on contracts.
She has a BA in English from the University of Oxford and an MA in Creative Writing from Birkbeck, University of London. She trained and worked as a commercial lawyer, before deciding to combine her legal experience with her love for books and joining the MM Agency in 2023.
Tian writes short fiction and currently co-hosts ESEA Archives, an online book club celebrating the work of East and Southeast Asian writers, which runs in partnership with the charity Hackney Chinese Community Services. Apart from literary activities, she enjoys hiking, wild swimming, and dressing her greyhound in ridiculous jumpers.
