Elinor is the assistant to Hayley Steed and Chloe Seager, supporting them and their authors across a wide range of adult and children’s & YA titles.
Biography
Elinor graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Publishing Media after a career-change away from holistic therapy. Unable to suppress her passion for stories and a long-held love of great writing anymore, she decided that she would be best placed in a literary agency. She enjoys working closely with authors, and gets a thrill out of reading new manuscripts and finding the potential in the voices and plots she reads. Elinor joined the MM Agency in 2021.
Elinor appreciates strong character narratives and stories that leave readers feeling closer to understanding the world, humanity – or even themselves.
