Nita Prose, the two million copy bestselling author, recently visited Macedonia to promote the Macedonian edition of The Maid, published by Toper. Whilst in Skopje, she was also a guest on national morning television and was asked about the inspiration behind The Maid series, whether there is any of her real life in the books, and how The Maid is changing the mystery genre.
After her television appearance, the Canadian Consul surprised Nita, a Canadian herself, on set and invited her and the Toper team to spend time at the consulate discussing Molly the Maid and what’s next for the series.
Nita continued her travels in Greece, where she visited many bookshops displaying The Maid and The Mystery Guest, both of which are published by Metaichmio. The next instalment in the series, The Mistletoe Mystery, will also be released this month.
