An incredibly tense spin on the locked-room mystery, The Guest House follows pregnant couple Jamie and Victoria to a guest house near the Lake District to enjoy one last trip together before becoming parents. After their first peaceful night, however, they find themselves alone in the house. The doors are locked, the owners have disappeared…and the baby is on its way.
Robin’s debut novel, The Wreckage, which published in 2020, was shortlisted for the Specsavers Debut Crime Novel Award (2021), and nominated for the prestigious CWA Dagger in the Library Award (2020). In the run-up to publication, The Guest House was an Observer Thriller of the Month (June 2022), and has received a deluge of amazing reviews:
