Magic-filled and adventure packed debut novel, The Spectaculars, by author Jodie Garnish publishes today in the UK (Usborne).
The first title in a series, The Spectaculars will introduce readers to 11-year-old Harper as she embarks on a star-studded journey as the apprentice at the magnificent touring theatre, The Wondria and its unconventional cast. Bringing forth a highly original tale with vast creativity, the book will also feature illustrations by Nathan Collins.
Having worked as a playwright and on productions for children, Jodie Garnish drew inspiration for her debut novel from working in theatres, combining her passion for literature and performance.
