Katherine May’s stunning memoir, Wintering (Penguin Random House / Rider), has been longlisted for the Wainwright Prize, an award which celebrates the best of nature writing. Shortlists are announced on 30th July and we have everything crossed.
It’s been a fabulous week for Mark Edwards. Two of his psychological thrillers have been featured in The Bookseller “Heatseekers Fiction” chart. His latest thriller, The House Guest, which was published last week by Amazon Publishing / Thomas & Mercer came in at No. 15, and his twisty novel about nightmare in-laws, Here to Stay, is at No. 10.
Laura Jane Williams has given a brilliant quote for The Education of Ivy Edwards (Little, Brown / Piatkus) by Hannah Tovey: “Gritty, surprising, redemptive, honest and confronting, there’s an Ivy Edwards in all of us!”
Paddy Magrane’s tense suspense novel, Red Desert (Audible Original), has received a phenomenal endorsement from Mason Cross, who called it “a terrific, Bourne-esque thriller”.

It was announced this week that US rights to Cyla Panin’s gothic YA debut, Stalking Shadows, have sold to Abrams Amulet.
