It’s not often we get to post about cheesecake so today is a happy day.

Joe Moruzzi & Brendon Parry’s cheesecake recipe book, Pleesecakes, hit the shelves today, published by Quadrille.

These cheesecake artists (there really is no other word for them) started off as painters and decorators, but luckily for us they turned their hands to cheesecakes at the start of last year. They have now amassed 140,000 followers on Instagram, have founded #TheCheesecakeMovement, have a large celebrity following and have made cakes for The Voice, Made in Chelsea and The Only Way is Essex . Oh, and Her Majesty The Queen.

Not bad work, we’re sure you’ll agree.

Not content with bringing Joe Wicks over to the cheesecake dark side the charismatic duo have also featured in  Cosmopolitan, Time & Leisure, Hello, Time Out and appeared – today – on This Morning.

The reason for all the attention? They create beautiful, delicious, decadent and accessible no-bake cakes that will appeal to everyone.

Our mouths are drooling at the thought of all that deliciousness in one book, and we can’t wait to see Pleesecakes on every shelf – and in every fridge – across the land.
