No.2 bestseller The Escape by C.L. Taylor optioned by Feel Films

We’re delighted to announce that film & TV rights in the UK’s No.2 bestseller The Escape by C.L. Taylor have been optioned by Feel Films. They represent directors who have worked on programmes and films such as Black Mirror, Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Mission Impossible and James Bond and they recently developed and produced adaptations of Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, Skellig and Five Children and It. They are currently developing Ben Aaranovitch’s Rivers of London and Michelle Paver’s Wolf Brother.

This is further to the exciting film & TV option with The Forge for The Lie last year. C.L. Taylor is the bestselling author of The Accident, The Lie, The Missing and The Escape, all published by HarperCollins/Avon and all of which are UK bestsellers. The Escape was published at the beginning of April and spent five weeks on The Sunday Times Bestseller chart.
