We’re utterly thrilled to announce that two of our authors, Holly Bourne, author of The Spinster Trilogy and Lara Williamson, author of A Boy Called Hope, have been nominated for the CILIP Carnegie Medal 2017, one of the most prestigious prizes in writing and illustrating for children. The books nominated are What’s A Girl Gotta Do? by Holly Bourne and The Boy Who Sailed The Ocean In An Armchair by Lara Williamson.
The CILIP Carnegie Medal is awarded annually by CILIP for an outstanding book for children and young people and we’re crossing all our fingers for both of our incredible authors and their fantastic books.
