First Look at The Burning Girls Series Trailer

“If you see the burning girls, something bad will befall you.”

Paramount+ UK released a thrilling first-look trailer of the new UK original TV drama, The Burning Girls! The series is based on the novel by C.J. Tudor and stars Samantha Morton and Ruby Stokes.

The trailer comes just one month after first-look set photos were released, depicting chilling scenes from the series. Set in the village of Chapel Croft, C.J. Tudor’s fourth thriller tells the story of Reverend Jack Brooks, a single parent with a fourteen-year-old daughter and a heavy conscience, who hopes to make a fresh start. However, instead of finding peace in their new home, Jack and her daughter Flo find the village rife with conspiracies and secrets. They soon find that uncovering the truth can be deadly in a village where everyone has something to protect, everyone has links with the village’s bloody past, and no one trusts an outsider…

The series is produced by Buccaneer Media and will follow a six-episode structure, with each installment lasting 60 minutes.

Streaming begins 19 October on Paramount+ in the UK. We can’t wait and are so incredibly proud of C.J. Tudor’s amazing work!
